- Create or use a Dialio account as a business customer;

- Billing and payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details)
B. Customer Communication Data:
- Audio recordings and transcripts of calls, messages, and AI-agent interactions
- Contact details (phone numbers, WhatsApp/SMS IDs, emails), call/message metadata
- Details submitted on calls/messages (name, booking, queries, etc.)
- Sentiment analytics and call status
C. Website & Usage Information:
- Device data (browser, IP, operating system), usage logs
- Cookies and other tracking technologies (functional and analytics, with consent)
